The DerBoa empire are an expansionist and aggressive colonial empire on the outer rim. Remnants from the 2nd expansion, a splinter warlord named Derwin Koh founded the empire, which has since festered out of Union contact, and grown into the monstrous machine we see today. It is classed on the Honovi-Hans scale as threat level C3 (local-dangerous, high-impact).
